A note on the previous Announcement

ASWJ in Sydney will be fasting on Friday (not Saturday). They have chosen to do so in order to unite with other parts of the Muslim community in Sydney which are fasting on Friday. This decision is not based on moon sighting, rather based on the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah (S) who said, “Fasting is on the day the people fast”
